I would like to take this opportunity and introduce myself - Dalith Laxman, Lead UX Designer. My core competencies as a lead UX designer are:

I have over 15 years of experience in researching, designing and developing great UX for websites, mobile apps and intranet applications. I have the ability to lead a full project life cycle: From UX Research and design, testing, UI design and deployment.

In my past roles I have worked on responsive websites, mobile sites and apps, as well as on CMS driven websites.

Expertise:

● Extensive knowledge with User-Centred Design Process, Responsive design methods

and techniques, accessibility to AA standard

● Experienced with popular UX Methods (Card Sorting, Contextual Design, Heuristic

Evaluation, Use Case scenarios) and UX design using Axure, sketch and Visio.

● Ability to lead full project life cycle: UX Research and design, testing, UI design and

deployment.

● Meets demanding deadlines and targets and working under pressure.

● Experience working in an agile delivery environment of cross-functional teams with an

energetic and creative atmosphere.

● People manager with a special interest in developing UX team members in alignment

with company strategies
