REGARDING MIDWEIGHT/SENIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER FOR CONKER DESIGN POSTED @ CREATIVE POOL, DATE: 5.

My name is Dag Dahlo. I am a norwegian graphic designer / art director living in Manchester, UK. I have a BFA (Bachelor of Fine Arts) in Graphic Design from Academy of Art University in San Francisco. My background is in both advertising and graphic design.

As a graphic designer and art director I have worked with big clients like Shell, Volvo, Coca Cola, Levi's, City Self-Storage, NRK, Arkaden and Auster.

In 2006 I started working with Auster Salon & Academy. I developed their identity - ranging from logo and visual elements, to advertisement and in-store decoration. In 2008 they were also awarded Salon Entrepreneur of the year at the 2008 Global Salon Business Awards in Los Angeles, and they are now grown to be one of Oslo's biggest Hair salon chains. My skills have been applied to everything from tv-commercials, web sites, breath mints and shopping malls - so no canvas is to small or too big.

I have excellent skills in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and basic Flash (Action script 2.0).

I do consider myself an effective, conceptual, creative and good humored person.
