Dear Sir/Madame,
I would like to express my interest in your vacant position for a Junior Designer, as I believe that I have the required skills necessary for the job. I am a graduate at the University for the Creative Arts in Farnham, Surrey with a First Class Degree in BA (Hons) Interior Architecture and Design. I am very passionate with creating and innovating spaces to create a story and function suitable for the people.
Throughout the course, I have developed skills in research and design, photo manipulation in Adobe Photoshop, technical drawings and 2D/3D visualisations in Vectorworks and Sketchup, and Artlantis for rendered and final visuals. I created my presentation boards in Indesign and used Illustrator for my final model through laser cutting. These skills enabled me to become productive, organised, self-motivated and confident in my work.
