About me

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to express my interest in reference to the Visual Merchandising position, advertised online.

I am currently working for Footlocker Europe as VM coordinator for UK and Ireland and I have been just under 3 years in my current role.

My current role has been my biggest and most rewarding challenge to date. Since I joined in 2005, Footlocker UK/Ireland has completely turned around, going from a double-digit comparative loss to a single-digit comparative gain in 2007, the best performance in Footlocker Europe.

Coming from a background in ladies fashion retail, I am looking to return to this field, which is where my passion lies and where I feel my best skills are shown.

I am looking for the role which would enable me to use my experience I have gained through my current and previous roles and the challenges which those represented, have given me a deeper understanding of this field and how to use it as an essential tool to improve sales performance and brand image.
