Crista Wright was raised in Kedington, Suffolk, a picturesque village in the South East, UK. Crista attended Cambridge College of Art to study Illustration and Surface Pattern Design. She will be exhibiting at the New Designers Exhibition in London.

Passionate about her subject matter, Crista spends a great deal of time gathering primary research for her work and taking regular sketching trips across the UK and Europe to gather inspiration. Her use of subtle colour combined with playful ink based illustrations make for a collection of quirky yet sophisticated designs.

The prints and patterns typically depict images of daily life, places Crista has visited or feature strong influences from her home City, Cambridge. As well as designing for her own label, Crista would like to work on collaborations and commissions for a variety of companies and individuals to produce a wide range of print and product designs.
