About me
I started my advertising life at Ogivly & Mather, as a grad - but AdlandSuit, where I blogged and tweeted anonymously on behalf of Suits everywhere (raising tens of thousands of pounds for Marie Curie Cancer Care en route) was probably where my career took off.
That took me, via DLKW & Glue Isobar, to Creature of London, the agency I co-founded in 2011. I'm the Chief Exec, overseeing all of our ongoing business efforts - including establishing White Crow, a people-first strategic consultancy, at the start of 2018.
While all that was going on, I've also set up a charitable club, Le Cure, that's raised more than a million pounds for the Royal Marsden Cancer Charity, and launched The Real Living Wage Pledge, a pledge any and all agencies (or production companies, or banks, or whoever) can and should take to pay all of their employees, whatever the nature of their employment, enough to eat and live.
I also had a little boy. That was cool.
