About me

I will create crisp illustrations for any publication, ranging from simple black and white to boldly coloured with extensive detail. I have delivered successful work to 4 clients to date by illustrating AND formatting 3 children's books and 1 memoir. I also have a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Studio Art as well as Certification in Graphic Design, both of which exposed me to working with various forms of medium (digital & traditional) as well as artistic styles.

When collaborating, I always begin with preliminary sketches for all required illustrations. Once this work is revised and approved, I will then develop it into the final art, and for this step, I am flexible with medium although I tend to favour the use of Adobe digital software, (Photoshop and Illustrator). I plan to add more digital software skills to further enhance my work. I will also create any artistic style, whether realistic or comic/cartoon. For layout, I have experience with Adobe InDesign as well as Kindle Direct Publishing and Create Space, there again, I plan to broaden my horizons in this area with all the different emerging entities that provide these services.

During a collaboration, a client can expect constant and positive interaction. The illustrations will be created in a timely manner, based on various levels of supervisions and instruction, with revisions handled in a prompt and professional manner.
