To Whom it may concern,
I would like to describe myself as a highly ambitious and goal orientated individual in professional, academic and personal aspects of life. I have been described as a natural leader by past employers. Furthermore, I am a well natured colleague with a pleasant personality and a balanced individual with many hobbies outside of the work environment.
Over the years I managed to obtain 21 years built environment experience. My professional experience covers 14 years of construction management and 7 years building services project engineering.
My passion has always been in construction and engineering, I completed my Hi-Tech Project Engineering Diploma in 2002, a Masters in Construction Project Management thru Heriot-Watt a university based in Scotland and UAE, a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification that improved the energy use within an organization's property portfolio and recently completed his BIM management with proficiency focused on MEP Revit.
My professional experience equipped me to conduct extensive project management skills by managing multi-disciplinary consultants in the built environment, I also have extensive experience in supervising design development and managing on-site construction.
In the last decade, I completed 3 new build projects consisting of a 3 storey 19,500 square meter Cash Centre in Abu Dhabi and a 40,500 square meter multi storey mixed used HUB consisting of offices, warehouses, a staff training centre and cash centre headquarters for one of the leading cash in transit companies in the UAE.
I also had the opportunity to lead several management and process flow engineering position over the years, these positions required end to end engineering solutions for several leading European based pharmaceutical clean room companies. My recent process and project management position entails effective procurement and fit-out of bio-diesel refineries across various countries.
As a senior sustainable project engineer, I managed to generate appropriate responses to the reduction of energy by implementing energy efficiency programs for new build and existing buildings. All projects include the planning, installation and monitor of energy use within the organization's property portfolio. Some of the implementation strategies involved new policies to raise the profile of energy conservation for clients to find economical solutions.
