Dear Sir or Madam,

I would like to apply for the Graphic Designer opportunity, currently advertised on creativepool.co.uk.

I first became interested in Graphic and Web Design during my time at University, where I had complete pieces of work to a film actor, an established church as well as other pieces of work. The 3 years of my University degree absolutely opened my eyes up to the marketing aspect of websites, flyers, banners, posters and made me look at each individually in a different light.

Not only do I possess the relevant skills towards HTML and CSS that you require but I also have an excellent knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Flash. Pieces of work can be produced in the respective areas.

Through my current job as a Web Designer at Mmunic Ltd (myreach.co.uk) I have completed many client briefs from beginning to final sign off.

I have certainly found through this current job that website design is exactly the career in which I wish to progress and succeed at but the only thing that I feel is currently holding me back is the fact I work only 3 days per week with Mmunic Ltd (this is after being kept on after completing a work placement) and I want to show off my obvious skills to a company over a 5 day per week basis.

I am particularly attracted to working at your company because I feel I could add something new and fresh to what can be seen as an established successful company.

I am an extremely passionate person when it comes to something I am interested in, and Website design is definitely one of those things and I therefore would love to be given the chance to at least show and demonstrate to yourselves how talented I am.
