With more than two decades of agency experience under his belt, Constantine has built a strong reputation as a through-the-line thinker and managing creative teams. His career has taken him to a number of top agency networks, including Leo Burnett, Grey, Lowe, Batey, TBWA, DDB, JWT, Hakuhodo and currently at Saatchi & Saatchi Arachnid. He has a proven track record for driving the success of Asia's most respected brands, across multiple markets, through consistently awarded integrated campaigns. In 2012, Constantine played a vital role in pushing the creative mark at Grey Dhaka which resulted the agency became one of the top creative agency in that region, working on clients like Coca Cola, GSK and more. Making Grey Dhaka the first agency in Bangladesh to ever win in Cannes, Spikes, ad stars and Adfest. In 2014, Constantine moved to Indonesia to head the creative department of Hakuhodo Indonesia. During his tenure, he led the agency to become number one in creativity in Indonesia - mentioned in Campaign Brief Creative Ranking 2016. During his time at Cheil Worldwide China, he has helped to win VW China, an important piece of business taking into considerations that Cheil never have any car branding/marketing experiences in China. Because of family reasons, he is now back to Malaysia and heads the creative department at Saatchi & Saatchi Arachnid Kuala Lumpur. During his times in Publicis Groupe Malaysia through Saatchi & Saatchi Arachnid, he managed to win Huawei Regional business overseeing 11 key markets around APAC.
A thinker and a strong craftsman with extensive experience, Constantine's passion for new media art, storytelling and branding is obvious. His art direction and creativity have often been recognized and reflected at Cannes, and many other international ad shows.
