About me
I demonstrate a high level of creativity with my experience as an efficient and versatile Editor. From being an amateur film-maker to now working as part of a professional team. I am seeking a dynamic environment for me to pursue my passion for film-making and storytelling, but also allow me to continue an ambitious learning curve in the industry.
My 12 months as an editor on Flashback Project has been an invaluable experience where I am a proactive team member in the on-site editing suite. I have worked closely with the director in order to create content within the structure he has envisaged whilst maintaining my own creative voice giving me the opportunity to explore the stories and capture the mood. I have also maintained the independence to work remotely, allowing me to input my own creativity and unique perspective in creating and altering sequences. My ability to construct engaging sequences and episodes with quality, high level visualisation and excellent attention to detail has translated flawlessly into the stories we tell at Flashback in order to create very informative and visually engaging sequences. I display a strong ability for working to strict deadlines and editing within the technical specifications needed to deliver work to Television Broadcasting standard. In addition to my immediate role, I obtained professional skills collaborating with the camera department on a regular basis ensuring the efficient organisation of footage to allow for a more effective workflow.
