About me

Hi, I am a young and enthusiastic designer. My formal background is in the field of architecture having graduated with a Bachelor of honours in architecture from Liverpool University and later gaining my Masters in architecture and urbanism at the University of Manchester.

My past work in architectural practice has lead to proficiency in scale drawing, product and engineering design, detailing and graphic design. My previous roles consisted largely of producing A3 & upward, scaled printed plans, elevations, detailing and axonometric drawings, for tender and issuing. In addition to these operations, I have on many occasions thoroughly enjoyed working as part of design competition entry teams. Submitting diverse project entries of various media from display boards to visual motion graphics or animation scores that exemplify key principals.

I have worked on projects ranging from small personal designs for a summer house or landscaping scheme to the FIFA world cup 2010 Peter Mokaba stadi

Skills

I am competent also in the following software, Auto cad 2012, Sketch up, Rhino 3D, T-splines, 3d modelling rendering plug ins- v-ray, maxwell render, etc. all, Microsoft office programs, Adobe Photoshop/illustrator, various other programs from adobe suite,, final cut HD..... plus others.

Clients

Furthermore I have orchestrated a number of diverse projects through construction and prototyping stages. I found, in conversing frequently with clients (such as FIFA), authorities and other design contributors, much satisfaction in seeing that a particular quality is maintained throughout all stages from conceptual design, through tender, to final handovers., I am now at a stage where I seek to further my past achievements and would like to continue to work within the creative industry, as a designer or technician I can also contribute in the way of 3d modelling and as a visualisation specialist. I am available for work immediately and have to serve no period of notice.

Trade Associations

I would also like to submit a CD containing sample work, outlining my specialism in, ‘Bio-mimetic’ design with acute attention toward environmental issues, along with other works. I hope these approaches lend suitable insight into my diversity, however I would gladly discuss these matters to a greater depth on request.
