I have 29 years experience in the printing and graphics industry often studio based and always customer facing, ranging from Gravure, Litho and Flexo to Digital - including security and Large Format Display printing, signage and exhibition builds to confidential/security print work. Most of these years I have been fortunate enough to have been in client facing positions including studio, production, procurement, key account and project

Fluent in all major industry standard software utilised over packaging, wallcoverings, decortative, brochures and catalogues, signage, POS etc.

Management over various disciplines from Studio (pre-press/repro/design), IT, Project Management, Print Buying, Print-traditional & digital, Print Finishing, Joinery, Fitters and signage installation, to Warehouse and Despatch.

I provide technical backup for staff and clients, and pass to relevant areas where necessary, and am customer contact on key accounts. I also scheduling of all work (internally and externally) throughout the business, ensuring all job bags are technically correct before entering the production cycle and staff are correctly briefed.

All positions very much customer focused and facing. Used to taking jobs from initial brief to final delivery/installation.

I am very much hands on when required, and will never ask staff to do anything I wasn't preparde to do myself to ensure the job is done on time, to the quality required, on budget and to the customers satisfaction.
