Dear Sir/Madam

I would like to apply for the position as DTP - reference :- 0019rm , which was advertised on the Creativepool Website.

For the past twelve years I have worked in the print industry starting as a trainee Mac Operator working my way upto Night Production Manager.

During my twelve years in the print industry I have gained experience in the following :-

A fluent knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, Acrobat and QuarkXpress on both Mac and PC platforms.

A working knowledge of Microsoft applications.

A high-end knowledge of retouching and colour correction whether it be from a client specification or a verbal brief.

Dealing with and rectifying problems that occur with files that have been sent to press.

I have always enjoyed working with people and think my previous experience will allow me to work as part of the team and to be an effective representative of your company.
