In 2022, Colin was appointed Chief Creative Officer of Doner, he is also Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer of Wolfgang. Following Stagwell's acquisition of Wolfgang, he became responsible for the creative output of both agencies. In 2023, Doner was named an Ad Age A-List Standout Agency.

Wolfgang was founded in 2017 as a consultancy and creative agency designed to bridge the gap between management consulting and advertising. Wolfgang has created a wide range of award-winning work, partnering with clients including Adidas, Halo Top, Uniqlo, Tailored Brands, Georgia Pacific, Gillette, Panda Express, SCUF Gaming, NBCUniversal, among others. In 2019 the agency expanded its offering, launching Wolfgang Productions. Prior to founding Wolfgang, Colin was a Managing Partner and CCO at David&Goliath. Under his creative leadership the agency grew from 60 to 250 employees, consistently produced award-winning work and was named Ad Age Small Agency of the Year.

Colin was instrumental in helping Kia Motors become one of the fastest growing car brands in the world, taking them from 28th to 7th largest automotive brand in the US. Colin created the wildly popular Kia Hamsters which helped catapult the brand into pop culture. The long-standing campaign includes one of the most viewed commercials of all-time, according to AdWeek.

Colin was included on AdWeek's 2016 Creative Top 100 list, recognizing the top problem solvers in marketing. In 2012 and 2016, Business Insider included Colin on its list of the Most Creative People in Advertising, ranking him #11 and #20 respectively. Prior to joining David&Goliath, Colin was a VP Creative Director at Arnold in Boston. There he worked on the iconic Volkswagen "Driver's Wanted" campaign and oversaw the Timberland and ESPN business. He created a wide range of high-profile work including the VW Passat "Feature Films" campaign, which was the most awarded digital campaign in the world at the time.

Before moving to the US, Colin did tours of duty at Saatchi & Saatchi (Singapore), TBWA Hunt Lascaris (Johannesburg) and King James (Cape Town).

His work has been recognized at every major international advertising award show and he has served on numerous award show jury panels.

Colin grew up in South Africa and is an avid outdoorsman. When he's not working, you'll find him on a boat, beach or board of some kind.
