About me
I have a passion for all things creative and beautifully designed, particularly in the field of print, but am
extremely open to the ever expanding world of digital. My view of the world revolves around a curiosity
for colour, shape and form, and I approach all my creative work with dedication and an open mind. I have
developed a love for hand lettering, illustration and photography over a last five years, and bring it into my work where ever possible. I am hard-working, reliable, enthusiastic and I thrive on working as part of a team.
I have recently completed my first class degree in graphic design in London, where I mainly focused on book design and editorial. I have since had to take some time away from full-time work due to personal reasons, however this has given me the opportunity to delve into some freelance projects under my business name Pickalily Creative, and I developed the drive and self-motivation needed when self-employed,
as well as comunication and business skills. I am now looking to explore my passion for design further,
in the commercial sphere. The different working roles I have experienced over the last few years have
given me the confidence I need to work and communicate with a variety of people in different working environments, with a welcoming and friendly attitude. I intend to further my experience and knowledge
in the creative industry, in order to grow my creative future.
