About me

I am an experienced copywriter and sub-editor looking for that new challenge to get my teeth into.

Previously I have worked as an editorial assistant for a boutique publishing company, and completed an internship with Psychologies magazine. Following this I worked as a freelance features writer across a variety of fields, culminating in several magazine commissions and guest-writing for websites and blogs.

In 2010 I was hired as a copywriter for a digital media agency, writing and editing copy for the web. This involved a lot of brainstorming, creative development, SEO analysis, managing the content calendar and meeting multiple deadlines on a weekly basis.

I also developed an in-house quality control process for ensuring accurate content and from this my role grew to that of sub-editor as well.
