About me

I have recently completed a BA (Hons) Media Arts Degree at Plymouth University. During my time at university I had to meet many assignment deadlines, which I did whilst working in a variety of part-time jobs to support myself. I believe this will stand me in good stead during my career in a competitive environment.

I am an extremely driven, high-energy person with excellent communication skills. I am capable of working alone, but also welcome being part of a team focusing on the objectives and being successful. I am a creative person who commits fully to any task undertaken, with great attention to detail. I have a strong eye for colour and can work well to guidelines, or create new ideas. My interests include art, music, reading, skiing and socialising. I am a hard worker whilst at the same time contributing to a friendly working environment.

In the months following my graduation from university, I organised a 4½ month trip abroad, when I visited Hong Kong, Thailand, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand and Fiji. During my time away, I was introduced to many different cultures and learned to communicate with people of all ages and origins. I feel my trip greatly contributed to my communication skills and has expanded my mind immensely.

I look forward to using the knowledge I gained at university, the skills I have learned at Metryx and the experiences with my travel to starting a fulfilling and insightful career.
