About me

I am a confident and well-organized Textile Design BA (Hons) graduate. A highly motivated and independent worker, who enjoys working as part of a team immensely. My work placement at a fashion/embroidery company in Italy has enabled me to not only develop my design and technical abilities but also my client liaison skills. Helping me to really understand and interpret client's needs. Through work experience and placements I have become used to working under pressure, to strict deadlines and to priorities my workload.

I have an excellent eye for detail, good communication and excellent organizational skills, which have all been essential in my design placement abroad and in my customer service assistant experience. I have gained a wide variety of skills from working at various companies. At Harrods I worked meeting and greeting consumers, here immaculate presentation and communication skills were essential. I also have experience in answering telephones; Taking product orders and answering general public quires, stock take and have meticulous filing skills. I have good computer skills and am familiar with a variety of software packages such as Microsoft office and AdobeCS.
