About me

Dear Sirs
My name is Claes Gellerbrink, I'm a 29 years old photographer and
retoucher. Since finishing my degree in Bachelor of Arts with a major
in photo journalism in May 2005, I have worked professionally as a
photographer and a retoucher in London. I am currently working as a
retoucher for Asos.com during the days and doing freelance photography
in my own studio during evenings and weekends. As a retoucher I have
worked on campaigns such as Red Bull F1, with artists such as the
Editors, Ian Brown, Kasabian and worked for companies such as Glo
London, Stylorouge and Digitaline. As a photographer I have been
commissioned by some of the biggest names on the UK comedy circuit. I
have previously worked in positions varying from a portrait
photographer, retoucher, photo-journalist, newspaper photographer,
Adobe Photoshop expert, picture editor, product photographer, school
portrait photographer, sports photographer, - to my current
position as a studio photographer and a fashion retoucher.
I have previously worked as a sub editor / picture editor in Sweden
- selecting all images, writing headlines, captions and compiling
12 pages each day in InDesign. I have experience as an art director
from studying editing, layout and typography - newspaper,
magazine and web publishing. I spent a year as a photographer for
Venture, the leading portrait photographer in the UK, where I spent six
hours a day working with Photoshop, retouching my own and other's
images. I'm currently working as a photographer in my own studio,
mainly doing press shots for different performers. I'm also
working as a retoucher for Asos.com.
