About me

Ciara is currently a Creative Director at VCCP London where she helps lead the creative department for Blue along with accounts such as General Mills, TEMPUR, Motability Operations, John Frieda and Disney+.

Her career has seen her work at top agencies such as DDB, BETC, and McCann in London, Paris, and Toronto respectively along with starting out at Ogilvy in Dublin.

In the past 15 years, she has made global award-winning campaigns for Amazon, Mastercard, Bacardi, Diet Coke, Taco Bell, and Danone, along with winning many industry awards for her work at Cannes, The One Show and Effies to name a few. She's also personally been noted as an IPA Women of Tomorrow, the first UK ambassador for The Gerety Awards and one of The Dots International Trailblazing Women.

Ciara is particularly passionate about her work to make the industry more diverse, being on the SheSays committee for 10 years and spearheading her own creative mother network, The Unicorn Union.
