About me

I am a young designer with a PhD in Architecture awarded by the Royal College of Art, London. Besides my interest in the built environment, I have a great passion for typography and visual communication in general (probably due to the fact that my parents run a traditional printing company and I grew up observing the letterpress and offset printing process daily). I have been employed permanently or casually by several design firms including Zaha Hadid Architects, Nigel Coates Studio and John Wiley & Sons Publishers. My work has been presented through lectures and exhibitions in Athens, Helsinki, Berlin, London, Chicago and New York. It has also won or been shortlisted in a number of architectural and graphic design competitions, such as the UCL 'Architectural Jelly Competition' and the TfL 'Outer Limits Poster Competition'. I currently work as a London-based freelancer specializing in communication design both on 2-dimensions (logo, business card, flyer, brochure, poster, web) and 3-dimensions (product, packaging, signage, furniture, interiors, architecture). Conceptual approach, consistency and attention to detail are the main characteristics of my design methodology.
