About me
I am a composer, sound designer and audio editor who creates original music and sound for video games, film, TV and advertising. I am fluent in many styles of music, dialogue mixing, mastering, and postproduction techniques. My goal is to provide the right sound in the right place at the right time.
I'm a graduate of Point Blank Music School in London with a First-Class BA (Hons) degree in Music Production & Sound Recording. I am currently a student with ThinkSpace Education studying for an MA in Sound Design for Video Games. My studies exercise my creativity and analytical skills, with extensive practice across multiple game engines, audio middleware, platforms and digital audio workstations.
I can offer the experience and skills necessary to work with your team and create a bespoke sonic brand for your project. I believe that powerful, evocative sonic experiences can take visual productions to new heights.
Additionally, I work as a technician at the Northern Stage Theatre in Newcastle, with ten years of experience in lighting, sound and staging for live events in both arena and theatre venues in the UK. My skillset includes operating, plotting, rigging and programming of lighting on both manual and live theatre desks. I also have extensive knowledge of live audio, mixing and stage management.
I am reliable, hard working and always prepared for the challenges I am faced with. I work well on my own or as part of a team, and I am confident when using my own initiative to deal with challenging projects that require me to be innovative and push barriers to achieve the target set within the specified time frame. I will utilise the resources available to me to ensure that whatever I am working on is always successful and achieved within the required deadline.
