I am writing to apply for the above advertised vacancy.

Whilst working for a small independent chandler, it was my responsibility to produce high quality product photography, for the on-line store. I would then enhance the product using Photoshop to ensure that the image was of a high quality and a good representation of the product. Once the image had been edited, I would then upload the product to the online store ensuring that the description was uploaded to attract maximum appeal and sales. This was a really enjoyable part of the role and a similar role is one I feel I would excel in.

Recently I have been developing my portfolio, expanding my photography skills and editing skills within the area of product photography, building on the skills I learned whilst working for TridentUK. Also I am consistently entering online photography competitions, this requires creating and editing photos to meet the criteria. Having entered many competitions my entries have consistently been voted between the top finalists. I also use social media such as Facebook and twitter to upload and promote my photography whilst also constantly updating my own photography website. I am always experimenting with my photography and editing skills and promoting my photography through my online portfolio. Photography is something I really enjoy, and am committed to further my skills and photography career.

In my most recent employment, I have been working as a self-employed driving instructor. A professional, well-presented service was key to attracting new students, as was ensuring that all business and student records were kept up to date. A well-planned daily schedule was also integral to the success of the driving school, taking into account travel times and student driving tests. As was responding quickly and professionally to phone and email queries.

Other roles that have been Administration based in include working for Aker Advantage, which specializes in the recruitment of civil, piping, structural, Oil and Gas engineers and industries. Here my role involved updating the client database, Scanning and photocopying important documents, sending and responding to emails, and answering phone queries. I was also responsible for the writing and editing of new contracts, payment or job adjustments, and termination letters. It was important that these were completed to the correct professional format and sent to the clients in good time to ensure that the clients received them as soon as possible.

I have worked with a variety of teams of people both large and small. I believe I am a strong team player and I enjoy working with and learning from others, I would however feel I would be able to lead others and inspire and encourage them to be the best they can be in their role. I am an enthusiastic, hardworking individual and I believe I would be a good asset to your team.
