About me

I started at Circle Digital as a Printer/Graphic Designer from 2001 to 2003, this job entailed having to design to the clients specifications, monitoring the printing, handling money, operating and maintaining large machinery, meeting deadlines and going to college once a week.

My career then took me to Locallife where I'm a Graphic Designer and have a couple of years experince with web designing using html, asp, CSS and java, using programmes such as Fireworks, Flash, Dreamweaver and Microsoft Access.

I'm solely in charge on this multinational companies advertising and marketing dealing with its UK based franchisees and its overseas teams in the US, France and New Zealand, I work to deadlines and have a wide spectrum of different advertising mediums.

Programmes I'm most familiar with are QuarkXpress, Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign but have used a whole multitude of programmes in my term of employment and find myself very quick and eager to learn new processes.

Another roll I have is to design Local Information Map projects, these consist of a local map with 74 small advertisements placed around this, we run 10-20 of these projects per year. I also have experience in general office maintenance such as setting up networks, fixing PC's and setting up phone systems.

I'm very competent in both PC's and Macs. I'm currently still in employment at Locallife.
