About me

I am currently working for British Telecommunications (Edinburgh) as a first line IT Service Desk Analyst. I am eager to find a more challenging role where I will be able to take further advantage of my qualification (BTECH: Information Technology - Strategic Information Systems/Advanced Information Technology Management/Databases/Database Administration/Business Systems Analysis).

I have a years IT related experience, most notably a contract for 3 months at BATSA (British American Tobacco South Africa) where I was involved in a major project (establishing a new Direct Store Sales Service Desk) - "Chris, as knowledge worker, is also a key player in the newly established Direct Store Sales Service Desk where he already accumulated several accolades for exceptional services rendered to the BATSA end-users and Marketing Field Force" [BATSA Reference]

With this solid platform, combined with an energetic, enthusiastic, outgoing, conscientious and confident personality I hope to find a more challenging role to draw on these various skills, knowledge and experience. I hope that I can be given a change to prove myself and show that I can be a valuable asset to any perspective company.
