About me

My name is Milena

I am a freelance Italian photographer, living in London.

I will tell you a little bit more about me:

My experience with photography started far away, since I was 17 years old travelling around the world, taking pictures in a form of a Diary.

Afterwards, I moved to the Academy of fine art in Lecce and studied Visual Art, earning my bachelor presenting a Dissertation on the punk Vibes and Vivienne Westwood, which took deep research on image contents.

Once I got my Bachelor in Art, I started to study photography in Rome at ISFCI.

When my course ended, I came to London with a strong portfolio, that I built curating style, casting, makeup, set and lights and editing.

Thanks to my ability to take fashion pictures, I have got to collaborate with Nicola Formichetti at Diesel and take part in exhibitions and publications on fashion and art magazines.

My strengths are Reliability, Creativity and the ability to find creative solutions in a short time.

I enjoy working in a team and I am really helpful and able to manage periods under stress.

My constant research on fashion will help me to build confidence that will come back useful during the creative process.

I feel ready to learn new directions in the fashion industry, challenging my own experience and knowledge.
