About me
My forte lies in telling stories online, and creating a personality for a customer to engage and build a relationship with. Whilst I have a creative eye I am also very commercially aware, and can create content that balances this factor with aspiration.
My background has exposed me to all aspects of the content creation process, from strategic planning and budgeting, to new idea generation and execution. I enjoy then delving into the analytics and learning what makes a customer tick and how this behaviour changes over time.
My experience in a multi-channel retailer has taught me the importance of brand consistency across all channels. I have had the opportunity to put this into practice in my current role as I manage the editorial calendar.
