Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to apply for the Copywriter position you have advertised. I believe I have the skills, experience and passion ideally suited to this role. I love writing and being creative, and I hope that my CV will show you my advanced experience.

I graduated from Loughborough University, gaining a First Class Honours degree in Management Sciences, which combines the disciplines of Business Studies, I.T. and practical business skills with a Placement year in the third year of the degree. I have since gained invaluable experience at PR and Marketing companies and wish to pursue my career further.

My work to date has given me great experience, contacts and confidence. I particularly enjoy writing and being creative, having written and published company newsletters as well as contributing to the copywriting and design of previous clients' websites and brochures, as well as employer's internal and external newsletters.

Throughout my career I have grown my passion for copywriting and the new advances in this field which I am lucky enough to be a part of such as the growth in digital channels. I am now looking forward to advance my career in copywriting, especially in the Health sector, in order to devote my time and passion to something I love. I have previously worked with health clients such as Streamline Surgical, Innersound, Meratol, Joint Mud and Teosyal.

I can bring a lot of enthusiasm and creativity to whatever I do and will always give my projects complete dedication. I love to work with people and meet new people, and I am confident in these social situations. Being well organised is a particular strength of mine, and I thrive on handling many different projects.

I have just returned home after travelling on a six month sabbatical around the world, so I am available to interview and work immediately.
