About me

I am a graphic designer with over 8 years industry experience where I have worked in both an agency environment and in-house. Briefly my work involves taking a project from a brief to print ready artwork, therefore from concept to completion.

Examples of the type of work I am currently involved in are DM, POS, exhibition material, advertising and brochures, posters, flyers and many more items for print and web. I work on a variety of projects usually from concept through to print ready completion, working primarily on print based pieces and quite regularly I produce moving media articles/adverts. Sometimes I create media for websites and also design the overall look and feel for websites. I have direct contact with my clients who often come straight to me with new briefs therefore I manage my jobs from start to finish. This experience has resulted in a high level of versatility therefore I am able to tackle any design problem with a eagerness to find an effective solution. I am proficient in Adobe CS: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat. I also am fully competent in Quark Xpress, created digital moving media in Keynote and I have had a litle experience of Dreamweaver in the past.

I work primarily on an Applemac but I am also able to work on a PC platform. I am a keen and enthusiastic team player with a high attention to detail with the ability to work to tight deadlines. I am looking for a creative, varied and challenging role.
