About me

- 6 years as Creative Lead for the in-house Brand & Communications Studio over the whole creative production.

- Managed a team of 5 Designers, such as graphic designers, art directors, copywriters. Brief external agencies and production companies to spearhead brand awareness, campaigns, internal and external communication. Resulting in company growth from 3 locations into 13 new locations across Europe, with 15 in the pipeline for the next 3 years.

- I successfully drove communication across different media to support a community of 10.000+ students, 200+ coworkers, 50.000+ business and leisure guests per year, through events, brand activations, social media, commercials and print.

- Stakeholder Management with C-level for the creative input to embrace change and innovation across the whole company.

- Mentor, Inspire and Coach Designers from student level to seniors.
