About me

I am a 2010 graduate from the university college for the creative arts Epsom (UCA) with a degree in Graphic design whilst also being a keen illustrator and lover of photography. Over the years I have worked on a variety of briefs ranging from packaging design to corporate events. Much of my work is largely print based and I am highly proficient in adobe Photoshop, indesign and illustrator but am also looking to extend my knowledge of flash. Highlights of my career include designing the winning concept for the 2009 annual event Sports Podge, a competition run by Phil Jones and design agency Navyblue in which my old school boxing theme (seen in Portfolio) was used at the event. I received a two-week work placement form Navyblue in order to complete the final designs. In 2010 I also received a live brief from studio Conrans to design and visualize a new cafe opening. Unfortunately the designs were not used but it was still an exciting opportunity. I have also been working on a small freelance job for Hounslow council to produce a leaflet to promote music courses to youths over the holidays, I am looking for a permanent junior role within a company and I feel being a young designer I have a range of valuable skills and ideas to offer.
