Head of the Creative Service department responsible for effectively managing the CGI, Retouching and Artwork teams across multiple territories. Reporting to the board of directors' Analysing and incorporated into day-to-day management of all creative resources, ensuring that projects are completed in line with agreed budgets, processes and timing plans.
Strategic planning for developing Creative Services as a growth function and producing presentations of function services and maintain function portfolio on behalf of New Business and Client Services.
Delivering a strong voice for quality control within the company, creating tangible results in terms of process and risk minimisation. Developing staff across all functions in line with the company's strategy and making clear strategic decisions between specialists and generalists.
