Creative and strategic content professional with over seven years' experience, specialising in digital and e-commerce.
As Content Manager for the UK's largest music catalogue, Audio Network, I'm responsible for the production, planning and distribution of all content, and leading the content team.
Over the last two years, I have focused on revamping our digital assets, developing the content strategy and implementing a new tone of voice. This work has been conducted in an agile and iterative way, and led to greater website engagement, increased organic traffic and helped reposition the brand as a premium offering.
I have also introduced new content creation and governance processes, which have streamlined output and helped maintain our new tone of voice, and regularly work with stakeholders at all levels to help them achieve their goals
