About me

I am the creative lead producing designs from wireframes through to digital, social media and print formats.

Designed a number of high value documents with successful outcomes including graphics/flow charts and marketing materials for Blue Chip Companies.

Redesigned and relaunched the company website utilising a user-centric design approach releasing changes using the Agile methodology. I also launched our social media presence.

Implemented company-wide brand guidelines, public relations protocols and media compliance across all divisions of the organisation.

Continually use research into UX design principles and a data-driven approach to influence my designs including Googles Material Design, Microsoft Fluent and Apple's Human Interface Guidelines.

Regularly liaise with Directors to help inform Company design strategy as well as assisting to generate,

develop and handle commercial enquiries.

In my previous role I managed a team of middleweight designers, digital printers and art workers at a commercial design and print studio.

Managed innovative multi-platform campaigns for national clients, from initial concept through to artwork.

Interpreting initial briefs and gathering detailed requirements from clients and ensuring creative plans are followed by the team.

Using regular check points and workshops to ensure that all work produced is technically correct and brand consistent resulting in high-quality, print-ready files.

Assign, schedule and estimate all production art incorporating agreed strategies and look and feel of final product.

Ensure that production pieces are produced timely, on budget and with the degree of quality promised to the client.

Maintain interaction with print production and art workers on scope of projects.

Direct and guide production artists in preparation of files and working closely with other business areas.

Ultimately responsible for ensuring design process complies with ISO standards, Marketing policies and procedures.
