Chris holds the position of Image Production Manager having joined in 2004 coming from a picture buyer/editor and Content Database Management background. He oversees the following areas - Picture Editing and Production, International Agents, Capture Database, TTL Website, occasional
In-house Design, and assistswith In-house IT Support.
Having been recruited to restructure Image Production at TTL, production has been taken from a predominantly analogue system to a fully digital business model. He has put in place all digital procedures and workflow, as a result TTL now operates as a fully digital stock photography library.
In addition to his Production role, Chris has managed the distribution (import/export) of all TTL's images to all International Agents. He is responsible for quality control, technical specifications, metadata and distribution of content. Since managing this area, TTL has experienced a large increase in agency sales which have supported TTL's direct sales.
On a day to day basis Chris manages Image Production at TTL which includes picture editing -reviewing submissions of potential new contributors, the acquisition of new content, as well as issuing new photographers TTL contracts. He communicates constructive feedback to contributing photographers on any technical or general queries they may have.He is also tasked with maintaining up to date technical specifications, submission guidelines and overseeing data entry and the submission workflow.
He deals with client requests, tasks varying from retouching, resizing, colour management and technical advice as well as assisting with In-house picture research based on client's briefs when required.
Chris maintains TTL's Image Database and both TTL's websites. This involves facilitating the entire image production workflow from submissions stage through to the upload of new content to the TTL Website. He ensures both the backend content database and frontend website systems are integrated using bespoke Digital Asset Management software Capture Pro in order to ensure the website, its images and data, deliver a content rich, client focused site.

Chris also developed, designed, project managed, tested and rolled out the website *and was instrumental in the first stage designs of *.He also created the A3 FTP delivery system and developed TTL's Website basket, simplifying clients downloads to a three stage process.
§ Photographers Liaison - Acts as point of contact for contributing photographers, and signing new photographers.
§ IT Support - deals with day to day issues with the Capture Database, desktop computers, and any on-the-fly requests by other departments for assistance with their roles.
§ Staff Training - Chris provides all new staff with training in TTL procedures and the Capture Database
§ Backup Solutions - sees to TTL's backup solutions for the libraries digital content and offsite backups
§ In-house design - At times he also helps in the creating in house design projects, including, e-marketing, newsletters and print items when outsourcing is not an option.
