About me

My name is Chris Izatt,

I am 28 and have worked with live music venues & events in various formats (music, theatre, broadcast) within my local city Cambridge for the past 7 years, during (and after) my graduation at Anglia Ruskin University.

I have gained a great deal of front-line experience setting-up and operating technical equipment (both sound engineering & camera operation) for many different types of events that have passed through these venues (Cambridge Junction & Cambridge Corn Exchange & many other functions).

3 years ago I began to promote & co-ordinate my own events in local venues through the brand Coda Sessions; within this process I began a hard learning curve towards events management, bookings, & PR upon the technical foundations I had built my knowledge.

Over the years I had purchased mics & cameras and was finally able to facilitate almost every level of these events on an independent basis (I could provide all the equipment necessary to host, record, and visually capture the events). This provided huge amounts of data of which I would spend hours mixing/editing each showcase; this was a goldmine for learning these necessary crafts.

I am capable of delivering these services to many different functionalities on either a specific role basis, or if necessary, a planning process to delivery on every aspect of facilitation.
