About me
Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to apply for the vacancy advertised here on Creative Pool. I feel that I have the relevant skills to support my application. I am a very ambitious, hard working and enthusiastic individual who is extremely friendly, punctual and reliable. I have a huge amount of imaginative flair, I am creative and I have a thirsty passion for all things in design industry. I have strong visual communication skills with a keen eye for detail and have great time management skills. I am a team player and thrive working as part of a team but as equally able to work independently and on my own initiative.
I am proficient in software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. I also have basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Muse and Premiere Pro. I demonstrated this in my most recent job role where I designed various marketing collateral such as PDF documents, event stands, presentations and email newsletters. Other responsibilities I had included designing and developing various webpages, designing for mobile, editing video content, creating short videos and managing social media accounts. I also created invitations, icons, cards and assets for live motion projects.
I am adequate in the coding languages HTML and CSS and whilst I was working at The Operators Creative, I designed and built various email newsletters. In addition to this I am currently learning other coding languages such as PHP.
I flourish whilst under pressure and I can multitask across a range of different projects without compromise to the quality of work. I am an extremely organised person who is committed and I strive to get the job done to the best of my ability.
I am efficient at working to tight deadlines, and I have strong computer knowledge, especially on the Apple Mac platform. I am an excellent communicator, both written and verbal. I have a burning desire to learn and expand my skill set and I am looking to take that vital first step in my career.
