About me
I'm a 29 years old girl and I live in Rome. I earned a bachelor degree in December 2011 in Sciences and Technologies of Communication in the "Sapienza" University of Rome, with a thesis on the film adaptation from comic and the digital special effects. I have always had clear in my mind to want
to work in the field of graphics, so during my university career I began to have work experiences.
My career began in 2007 with a collaboration for two years in a communications agency, for which I have done graphic works for the traditional media and the new ones. I also took care of
the management of the agency's creative department, especially in controlling the timing and quality of work. Since 2009 I work as a freelance in graphic design and illustration and in recent time also in the animation and digital special effects. The target sectors for which I am addressed are television, cinema, public institutions, private companies, service agencies, artists and professionals.
I have created and managed works for the public institutions field, an example is the Italian institution "Regione Lazio", in particular the "Agency for Regional Parks", for which I developed the campaign "Ecopoint" with the creation of brochures, posters, for publications, signage and events. I made some film posters and their advertising campaigns (billboards, print and media) for the film industry, I made it for the film "Alta Infedeltà" (2010) directed by Claudio Insegno and for "Butterfly Zone - Il Senso
della Farfalla" (2010) directed by Luciano Capponi. I have also supervised photo shoots of the actors and I managed the delivery of the material to the advertising agency. In February 2012 I created an animation in 3D for a satellite broadcaster, doing the work of creation, production and editing.
In May 2008 I made the digital special effects and video editing for a commercial of a popular fragrance by Giorgio Armani for a contest.
Between October 2011 and November 2012 I attended a course in 3D modeling, this was for me a first step toward the career I want to begin, but I would like to learn more about technical and artistic workflows and i would approach to the world of animation.
I think that managing a professional work is not easy, because every customer is a different case. For these reasons I think I'll never stop to grow and improve my experience. I'm searching a job that could be a turning point for my career and for my life.
