MD of Hadland Care Group currently employing 650 staff, turnover £11m, with 19 day nurseries, 12 Out of school clubs, 2 dementia care homes, training company, property company, having started from zero in the sector in 1990. Still loving SCUBA diving, and some skiing, and increasingly pro-active in Green policies and practices,within the businesses, community and in the sea. Just formed a new charity called GECCO - to share resources for green education.
