About me
I am a creative communications professional with 20 years of comms and PR experience in the private and public sectors. I am passionate about creating powerful media campaigns to highlight the positive social impact of organisations on local communities and my ability to create emotive, engaging stories is often rewarded with high-profile coverage in the national news.
I recently created a social media campaign with the Prince and Princess of Wales to showcase the impact of a small green space on the mental health of central London residents, reaching an audience of 18 million people in 48 hours.
I recently partnered with the residents of a small village in Norfolk to create a PR campaign to save the last working red K6 phone box in the village from being decommissioned. The campaign achieved national press coverage across national newspapers and TV. (Spoiler, we won!)
I work as a senior communications and media manager for a FTSE250 organisation, and my interest in public affairs sees me spend part of my time in Parliament where I manage press for an MP.
I studied Journalism and achieved an Honors degree in English. When I'm not chasing after a great story, you'll find me somewhere on the Norfolk coast chasing after my two rescue pups, Zanzi and Prince.
