About me

Dear Sir/Madam

As you will see from my enclosed CV, I have 10 years experience working as a graphic designer. My last role encompassed the running of a busy design studio and was solely responsible for producing four children's magazines and one fashion magazine including the creation of advertisements and page layouts. It was a pressurised environment and one which involved me keeping to extremely tight deadlines.

Being the only designer at the company, I would oversee the running of the whole department. This relied on me having excellent liaising skills with sales staff, clients and repro houses, necessitating great organisational skills in order to meet deadlines and most importantly having the ability to multi-task to get the jobs done.

With my excellent design skills and proficient use of graphic programmes as stated in my CV, I am looking to join a company that will recognise my potential and give me the chance to grow within the business. I would also be interested in other areas of design such as marketing or new business manager roles.

I am creative, ambitious and take pride in my work, with the ability to adapt and learn quickly. I therefore believe that my personal skills, organisational abilities and bubbly personality would make me an ideal candidate for many design jobs.
