About me

My name is Charlotte Townley and I currently have one years experience withing the Graphic Design field.

I am naturally creative and although Graphic Design is my trade, I like to keep my fingers in all jars when it comes to Design!

I have a Hnd in Graphic Deisgn and a Foundation degree in Art and Desgn. Both studied at Salford University. I recieved a BB in Avce Art and Design at Ashton Sixth Form College along with a B in product design. Also, amongst my 8 GCSE's, I gained an A* in Art and Design and a B in Graphic Design.

I currently work at Tameside Reporter on the Production Team and assist and also work alone on Various tasks to prepare the papers for press.

I also worked Part time at IKEA as a showroom assistant. Alongside my work at IKEA, I spent time with the Marketing team and was asked to work as part of the Marketing team to create a football programe for a charity event.

I have also done some freelance work over the last year. I have worked on a corporate Identity for an up and coming Chiropodists in Droylsden, I have re-worked and re-touched over 200 old photos as some help for a friend who worked for Venture Publications. I also designed and hand-made Wedding 'thank you' cards

I am a very outgoing and down to earth person and I'm very active. Although I like to forwards plan, I am not afraid to make any last minute plans. I like to keep fit and try out new and challenging things. I am a perfectionist and I love all aspects of design!
