I am writing with regards to the Copywriter vacancy with FitFlop. As a recent 2:1 Magazine Journalism and Feature Writing graduate I have a strong desire to work in the copywriting industry and feel that I would be an ideal candidate for this position.

I am an extremely passionate writer and credit my ability to tailor my writing style to suite different subjects and audiences both in print and online, ensuring that it in keeps with the particular identity of the brand and fully engages with the consumer. I enjoy the challenge of researching fresh and innovative ideas which allow me to showcase my talent at writing and subediting professional copy to tight deadlines. From short snappy headlines and product descriptions to in depth, well executed and creative full length features and press release; I have the ability to turn my attention to a wide range of written tasks at the click of a finger.

With a strong interest in the fashion industry, I devote my time to staying up to date with the latest trends and styles for the forthcoming seasons. Previous areas of study include: Fashion Forecasting, Trend Analysis and Visual Merchandising, all of which come together to ensure that both my writing and understanding of the fashion industry remains knowledgeable and professional. I also have a sound understanding of SEO and writing for the web, and am knowledgeable on the importance in generating interest through social media with the ability to manage various media platforms.
