About me

I am a self-motivated, creative and enthusiastic individual with a penchant for design and ideas. Currently working as an Artworker at Trinity Mirror designing press ads. I have experience in copy chasing, photo editing and retouching, quality control of artwork, ad layout, working from client briefs, client liason and have developed the appropriate skills to meet tough newspaper deadlines.

Alongside this I have been working as a designer at a software company, producing websites, corporate literature and logos.

I also produce an online manchester based zine where I am the designer and editor.... *

My dynamic attitude and sharp thinking is well suited to a fast-paced team based environment. My ability to work under pressure has been developed through my current job and throughout my university course. Putting together a large-scale public performance stretched my team-working, organisational and time management skills.

Current skills include: adobe photoshop, adobe illustrator, adobe in design, quark xpress, css, dreamweaver, html, microsoft office and basic flash.
