Designer / Project Manager

Job description:

To design, plan, project manage and install bespoke staging and tiering solutions.

Company:

Stage Systems produce modular staging and tiering, stage extensions, height adjustable podiums, portable dance floors, auditorium seating and height adjustable ergonomic classroom furniture.

Role:

- Generate 2D AutoCAD layouts and space planning

- Project manage bespoke staging solutions

- Meet with clients and architects to the concept stage through to final installation

- Perform detailed site surveys to create manufacturing drawings for suppliers and accurate plans for quotations and tenders

- Draw up manufacturing drawings for orders to suppliers

- Under go risk assessments and order of works

- Create purchase orders to all supplier

- Design and develop new products

- Create 3D visualisations and renderings for visual aids as a sales tool

- Develop existing products identifying areas for improvement, developing these ideas and implementing the changes

- Maintain and develop a library of the company's products as 3D models with manufacturing drawings and all technical detail

- Design company marketing and promotional literature
