RE: Receptionist

I would like to be considered for the post of a receptionist as advertised on the internet.

Currently I have gained 6 A/C in my GCSE, and have studied Health Studies at college whilst doing key skills in IT, Communication and Numeracy. I am currently working for Toni and Guy as a junior and have worked on reception whilst working there.

Whilst doing work experience in retail I had to deal with stock control, shelf filling, window dressing, customer service and dealing with complaints and cash.

Working in market research I had to be very persuasive to get clients or businesses to the surveys. We also had to meet stats for the day so working under time pressure was one of my assets that I had gained as well as my customer service skills.

Working in a salon was the most great experience every as I was able to me new people with different interest which was great for me as love to meet new people all the time.

As I have done work experience it has made it necessary for me to learn new skills very quickly and how to priorities tasks, and have instilled in me the need to remain flexible. I have had to be highly organized in order to meet tight deadlines whilst studying.

I feel that I would be able to offer the position advertised a great deal, as along with working in market research as I have the ability to deal with customers in all different situations.
