COVER LETTER FOR PA to MD

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am an MSc Multimedia Technology and Design graduate and I am currently waiting for my results.

I am an enthusiastic, innovative and highly motivated individual looking for a challenging and full-time role within the creative department. I am a keen individual, with good punctuality; I am reliable and hard working.

I believe I can be an effective member of your design team, striving to effectively deliver and perform as required within your group, through experience I have gained.

My relevant experience to the job role includes work such as organising meeting rooms for employees and clients, and ordering stationary and delivering mail for the office when I was on my work placement at Fujitsu Europe Limited. Working as a cashier has also enabled me to be able to meet and greet customers continuously on front of house and phone orders.

The Multimedia Technology and Design course at University also enabled me to be able to design and make websites, videos including pre and post production, and editing so I have a general understanding of the industry. I have had to build on my own concepts, and put plans into action to deliver multimedia content by appointed deadlines. I am also able to use Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver and Flash, and Final Cut Pro, Soundtrack Pro and Logic Pro.

An additional skill I possess for this role includes my ability to use a range of programs through multimedia fields, such as the Adobe suite, to more office based programs such as Microsoft Office.

I am able to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment or to work on a one to one or individual level when required to do so.
