Chief Marketing Officer, OnePlus Europe
I am currently Chief Marketing Officer at OnePlus Europe, where I lead the overall marketing strategy and operations across the region. My role spans the full marketing ecosystem — from brand and creative strategy, PR and external communications, to e-commerce growth, social and paid media, and integrated campaigns that balance large-scale brand awareness with targeted, performance-driven activations.
Beyond communications, I oversee market research, brand collaborations and selected business development initiatives, ensuring that our marketing not only builds brand equity but also directly contributes to commercial growth. My focus has always been clear: build a distinctive brand, drive measurable impact, and create marketing systems that scale.
With more than twenty years in the global technology industry, I have led diverse, cross-market teams and delivered complex, multi-country projects on time and on budget. I began my career at Motorola and have since worked with some of the world's largest telecommunications companies, including Nokia and Huawei. Prior to OnePlus, I led marketing strategy for Huawei's Western Europe region.
I am passionate about building high-performance teams and creating environments where talent can thrive. I believe growth is intentional — both for brands and for people. Developing future leaders, encouraging cross-functional skill building, and constantly evolving with the industry are principles I live by.
