About me

Celia Hodgson is Founder & Creative Director of Tiny Studios, a B Corp certified production company making cinematic, people-led social content for brands and cultural institutions. In four years, she built Tiny from a solo freelance set-up into a seven-person studio working with British Airways, Nike, Red Bull, Bumble, Urban Outfitters, the V&A and Rosewood Hotel Group.

In 2025, Tiny was acquired by Spin Group. Celia remained as Creative Director and joined the board, contributing to creative strategy across an 80+ person network while continuing to lead the studio day-to-day.

From the start, Tiny's work has been defined by a clear point of view: social content treated as a serious storytelling medium, made with the same craft and intention as long-form film. B Corp certification in 2023 formalised an approach where ethics, working culture and sustainability have always been built in.

Alongside her studio work, Celia co-founded Making Moves + Movies in 2021 - a community now supporting over 1,000 female and non-binary filmmakers. The focus is to create practical access to paid opportunities, not just conversation.
